How much does event videography cost in London?
Pricing is tailored to the specific requirements of your event, including the length and complexity, the number of cameras needed, audio setup and the scope of post-production. We provide clear, bespoke quotes for every project so you know exactly what you’re getting and why, with no hidden costs. To give you an idea of costs, a filming day costs £750 and an editing day costs £500 with a 1.5-2 days of editing required per filming day. Units can scale up or down as required by the project.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, ideally at the same time you confirm your venue and date. For larger events such as conferences, awards ceremonies and product launches, bookings typically come in two to four months ahead. That healthy lead time allows us to plan well and ensures your preferred dates are secured. If you’re working to a tighter timeline, do get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
How long will it take to receive my edited footage?
It depends on what you need. For social media highlight clips where speed matters, we can typically deliver polished content within two to three working days of the event. For full event films with more detailed post-production, our typical turnaround is two to four weeks. We agree clear delivery timelines with you before the event so you know exactly what to expect and when.
Do I need one camera or multiple cameras?
It depends on the event. A single camera works really well for smaller seminars, panel discussions and networking events. Conferences, awards ceremonies and product launches tend to benefit from multi-camera setups that capture both the speaker and the audience simultaneously, providing much richer and more dynamic editing options in post-production. We’ll advise on the right setup once we understand your brief.
What professional equipment do you use?
We use professional, broadcast-quality cameras and dedicated audio equipment throughout every project. For events with speakers or panel discussions, we record audio properly through dedicated equipment rather than just the camera microphone, ensuring the sound is crisp, clear and broadcast-ready. Excellent audio and excellent picture quality together are what make event video genuinely impressive and usable across every platform and format, and we invest in both.
Can you provide both event videography and photography?
Yes. We offer a combined photography and videography service for events where both are needed. Having one supplier manage both keeps things simple and ensures a consistent creative approach across all your event content. Get in touch and we’ll put a combined package together for you.
